The CEO

Bonswa! I am Reverend Mambo La Bel Venus, a renowned conjure queen, sound healer, ordained minister, and vodouisant, born and raised in the heart of America. My family has practiced African Traditional Religions for generations, with a lineage tracing from the Deep South all the way to West Africa.

From a young age, I was drawn to the beauty of nature and the power of the earth. I spent countless hours exploring the woods and land surrounding my home, learning about the plants and animals that lived there and the magic they held. This deep connection to nature, combined with a reverence for the spirits and a profound understanding of the interconnectedness between the physical and spiritual realms, has shaped my life's work.

My Story

I have dedicated my life to preserving the ancient traditions of Hoodoo and Vodou and sharing their wisdom and healing practices with others around the world. As a sound healer, I harness the power of music and rhythm to facilitate spiritual transformation and healing, helping individuals reconnect with their inner selves and the divine.

In addition to my work as a healer, I am a fierce advocate for women’s rights and empowerment within the Black community and beyond. Through my teachings and mentorship, I empower women to reclaim their voices, their power, and their spiritual heritage, fostering a sense of sisterhood and solidarity. I founded the Church of Hoodoo and Conjure Mentorship Program to further this mission, providing guidance and support to those seeking to deepen their spiritual practice.
